Luxury Picnics

If you are looking for a lovely way to celebrate birthday parties or another occasion with a small group of people, then our luxury picnic for 6 may be the perfect option indoors or out! We only cater to smaller intimate gatherings up to 8 guests.

Styled with beautiful soft colours, fabrics, and greenery, you and your guests will feel like royalty for the occasion. Our picnics are set up and taken down the same day.

4 Colour Scheme Options: (Sorry we are not able to customize picnic colours)

7’ Tall white lace tent:

• 6 x Throw pillows, white tent pads, black grounds mats placed under white tent pads
• 6 x Fleece blankets to match colour theme
• 1 x Garland around the front of the tent
• 1 x Tent Silk Flower Tent Topper

5' Solid wood white low table:

• 6 x Round braided beige placemats
• 6 x Premium chargers to place under plates
• 6 x Premium disposable dinner plates (may be different than photos depending  on availability but they will match the theme)
• 6 x Premium disposable dessert plates (may be different than photos depending on availability but they will match the theme)
• 6 x Napkins (some options available) 
• 6 x Glass Milk bottles with paper straws
• 6 x High end plastic reusable glasses (different options match each colour scheme)
• 6 x Premium disposable cutlery settings (knife, spoon and fork - may be different than photos deepening on availability but they will match the theme)
• 4 x White lanterns with greenery
• 1 x Greenery garland centrepiece 
• 1 x Centeroice or 4 x smaller silk flower vases (ydiffenmt options match each colour scheme)

Seating:

• 2 x 3’ Foam pad with 2 black ground mats placed under the foam pads (your guests will be well supported and will not feel like they are sitting on the ground) 
• 4 x Cotton beige throws to cover the foam pads
• 6 x Throw pillows to sit on to match colour scheme
• For indoor seating we use generous 20x20" floor cushions

Wooden crates:

• 2 x Wooden crates for blankets and to store shoes when in the tent 

White large letter board: 

• This can be set up with your message ahead of time!

Need more place settings? 

• $15 each for a maximum of 8 people

Need a Ballon Garland?

• Let us know and we can suggest one. We do not create balloon garlands ourselves
