Little Glamp Party Celebrations

Terms & Conditions for Little Glamp Party

  • APARTMENT & CONDOS: At this time we are not able to service apartment and condominium buildings.
  • DEPOSIT AND BOOKING:  Little Glamp Party bookings require an upfront 50% deposit at time of booking to secure desired date, theme and number of tents, picnic or Bell Tent.  The remaining balance will be invoiced and due 7 days prior to the booking date.  Payments are made by e-transfer only. 
  • CHANGE OF DATE AND CANCELLATION: If your event is cancelled, Little Glamp Party will offer a full refund of your deposit. We just ask for as much notice as possible. Alternatively, if you would like to change your date, we will work with you to try and accommodate the new date. This is our COVID policy and is subject to change as we return to a state or normality.
  • ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Changes to number of guests can be made up to 7 days prior to event (based on availability).  
  • FINAL PAYMENT: All outstanding balances are due after you receive final invoice 7 days prior to your event.  
  • LIABILITY: It is the responsibility of the client to take duty of care and always supervise children with rental equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the client’s premises. Little Glamp Party is not responsible for injury or damage caused to property from misuse of our materials. Little Glamp Party assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. We ask that you treat the tents and equipment with care, as if it was your own. 
  • SPACE REQUIREMENTS:  Before you book your Little Glamp Party, please make sure you have enough room and a clean safe area for the kids to stay. For indoor glamping/picnic set ups please have the space clear before Little Glamp Party arrives to set up. If there is any furniture to be moved, please do so in advance of our arrival for set up. Little Glamp Party will not be able to help you move furniture around. The assembled tent base of each tent is approximately 4 feet in width by 5 feet in length with the tray table place at the end of the mattress or closer to 6ft in length when the tray table is placed on the floor in front of the mattress. Many of our clients have found that setup in a basement or living room works after moving around the furniture to make room for sleepover parties and birthday parties. For our Outdoor 'Aurora' Bell Tent set ups, they must be set up on a grass surface (not hardscape). It is 4.5 meters in diameter and then we will need and extra meter to allow for the tent lead ties that get anchored into the ground.
  • ALLERGENS:  Client ensures the location of the tents or picnic to be set up is smoke free. Failure to provide may result in additional cleaning fees. As an additional safety precaution, we also request that any snacks that children may enjoy in and around the tents are free of nuts.
  • PETS: We ask that you please keep the air mattresses and tents pet free. Their paws/claws may puncture the mattresses, rip the fabrics and transfer pet hair. All of our tents are stored in a pet free environment and ask that you do the same when the tents are set up in your home.
  • FOOD STAINS: We understand that children will eat snacks in the tents/on the trays however we ask that you avoid providing food that can stain and ruin the bedding and tent covers such as pizza, spaghetti, Dorito chips, grape juice etc. The breakfast tray can always be moved to an area where the kids can eat without worrying about getting the tent or bedding stained.
  • RENTAL PERIOD:  Our outdoor glamping and picnic rentals are same day. Typically, 9:00am-10:00am setup and we return no later than 8:00 pm for take down. Our outdoor Bell Tent rentals are for 2 nights. If you rent a lounge and picnic set up, you agree to bring the picnic table and seating inside the tent for rain and overnight. Indoor glamping and picnic set ups are rented for a 20-24 hour rental period unless otherwise arranged between both Little Glamp Party and client. Picnic only set ups are rented for the day only. The client and Little Glamp Party will agree on time for both delivery and take down of rental equipment. If the client fails to be present at scheduled times, a late fee may occur.
  • OUTSIDE SERVICE AREA FEE: For parties outside of the service area, a fee will be charged. This can be found under SERVICE AREA.
  • DELIVERY, SET UP AND DURATION: Set up date will be mutually agreed upon
  • and determined in advance of event.  Timing is first come first serve and could be between 9am and 5pm on the day of your event. We set up as quickly as possible but, please expect up to 2 hours for a party of 5 and up to 2.5 hours for larger parties. An adult must be home to greet Little Glamp Party for indoor set ups and we ask that there is parking close to the entry door. We kindly request that no guests are present during set-up as it can greatly affect set up time and the duration of your party. For outdoor set ups we may start set up before client arrives if agreed and authorized ahead of time.
  • TAKE DOWN: Our team will arrive on take down day at a mutually agreed time frame, usually between 9am and 5pm. Prior to our arrival we ask the adult party host to inspect the tents and accessories to see if there are any issues that have arisen with regard to excessive damage or soiling to report to Little Glamp Party.
  • INCLUSIVE COSTS: Delivery with our service area, assembly, styling, take down and general laundering and cleaning are included in the hire cost.  Excessive damage requiring replacement will result in additional fees.
  • PRICES & POLICIES: All prices and policies are subject to change, however prices quoted at time of booking will always be honoured.
